Staff promptly responded to requests (I could not figure out how to operate electronics in the room). All staff members were super pleasant except one (1) breakfast staff member. My 30 minutes delay in checking out was accomodated with empathy. Check-in personnel, empathizing with my late arrival and need to quickly attend my daughter's college graduation, acted expeditiously, and volunterred a quick to reach my destination.

Well appointed spacious room. Everyone was so nice. Justice that checked me in and was on the desk the first few nights was so welcoming. We enjoyed the pool, had it mostly to ourselves, we had the whole family out there. The breakfast was really good but I think we only made it down there once, maybe twice.

Above all, every single one of the front desk staff we met were friendly and welcoming. In particular was Rose. When we arrived to check in, she was 'off the clock' and just about to walk out the door. She noticed us waiting for our turn to be served and, because she did not want us to wait any longer, she put down her personal things, greeted us, logged into the system, and checked us in with a smile. She put service to us above all else which is so refreshing nowadays. Each time we passed the desk during our stay we were greeted with a friendly smile and asked if everything was OK with our stay. It certainly was. The room was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the water in the shower was hot. The warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home.

When we first pulled up to the hotel I knew that it was going to be a good place because I noticed the nicer cars. LOL. Behind the front desk was a gentleman that was very friendly and upbeat. Got to check in quickly and as we turn to walk to the elevators we noticed a very large Lobby comfortable and also included a continental breakfast which we would look forward to in the morning. We got into our room and I was blown away because I wasn't used to a room that had a couch and it was kind of like a separate room. With a microwave and fridge and a wall that was secluded but you could slide the the glass wall to make it two rooms. One cool thing was is the shower and the bathroom were two separate rooms. We got a king bed which was very comfortable. We stayed in three different hotel rooms on her trip and by far for the money this place was the best. I think we paid $122 for the one night but for what we got the room probably should have been about 225 a night

I liked the cleanliness, courteous, and kindness of the staff. This Hotel was very clean and although not located in the heart of the City, it was tucked in and conveniently located for what we needed. We will definitely be returning if we decide to come back to the area. Kudos to the internet, which was reliable and efficient. Excellent job overall and Thank you!

I have to give the front desk clerk Justice her 🌹. She was amazing. I found a few issues and she took care of it. I've worked in this industry before and know how it can be for housekeeping. No fuss was made because Justice took care of it and my Husband had a great night for our anniversary/ his birthday. Oh yeah the bed was soooooooooooo comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. It was really peaceful and the hotel was fairly booked

Hello, I stayed in Suite 414 and I loved everything 😍 it was so comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. I loved the sitting area and the separate restrooms, one for the shower and sink and the other was for the toilet and sink both had glass/wood sliding doors. The glass shower was awesome, loved the lights on the inside. It was great for my Me-Time weekend. Definitely would stay again💕

It definitely surprised me in the best way possible. The layout made the room feel humongous. There were 2 bathrooms in our room (a toilet & sink and then a sink & shower). This is just so convenient when traveling with multiple people. The A/C must have melatonin in ir because I slept soooooo good. This hotel experience was the complete opposite of my stay at a sister hotel the week prior.

The property was clean and good use of "barn doors" for both shower/sink room and a second room for toilet." Amenities were plentiful, including very nice exercise room and a decent, complimentary breakfast
